With a humble beginning in 1986, Aima Construction Sdn Bhd have since flourished into a renowned construction company with active involvement in township development in Malaysia. Today, its presence can be seen across several states, including Kedah, Perak, Selangor, Perlis, Penang, and Negeri Sembilan, as well as in the national capital, Kuala Lumpur.

From residential properties and commercial structures, to educational institutes and city halls, even to general hospitals and public spaces, Aima Construction is capable of handling various types of construction project. Over the years, the company has completed more than 100 projects nationwide which carry a combined value of RM1.7 billion.

Aima Construction incorporates cutting-edge technologies in its production and it is always keeping an eye out for the latest innovations around the globe. The company strongly believes that keeping pace with the advancement of technology is crucial to the development of the company, not to mention the growth of the entire industry as a whole.

Being meticulous in its operation to meet the industrial standards, Aima Construction is ISO and OHSAS certified. Owing to its stringent quality control protocol, Aima Construction has also been rewarded with more than 30 awards of excellence and certificates of recognition, issued either by Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), city councils or well-established developers such as Sime Darby Property.

Acknowledging the importance of product quality, Aima Construction voluntarily applies for Qlassic Assessment, which is an assessment system designed by CIDB to evaluate the overall quality of workmanship. Having achieved 86% in Qlassic Assessment, the company prides itself for obtaining one of the highest Qlassic scores ever recorded in the industry.
