KS Lim is the Project Director of Aima Construction. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall daily operations for all the project. He has more than 20 years of experience in project management and site supervision in the construction industry and has successfully overseen projects with GDC of more than 1 billion. His team has achieved a record high of 86% in Qlassic Assessment in Residential Property, one of the most prestige prizes in Malaysia.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
