8. Able to price in for tender.

EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE
1. Knowledge on construction costing.
2. Knowledge in tender process, pre and post contract requirement, performance claims and other contract related matters.
3. Knowledge in Building Contracts.
4. Knowledge in claims preparation and final claim to the Architect / Client for progress and final payment.
